1. What is the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC)?

The Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) is an online immigration form that replaces the physical arrival card. All foreign travelers, including Indian nationals, must submit it before entering Thailand.

2. Is the TDAC mandatory for Indian passport holders?

Yes. All Indian nationals traveling to Thailand must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card prior to arrival, regardless of visa type or visa-free entry.

3. Is the TDAC a visa?

No. The TDAC is not a visa. It is an arrival and immigration declaration form. Indian travelers must still meet Thailand’s visa or visa-free entry requirements.

4. When should I submit the Thailand Digital Arrival Card?

The TDAC should be submitted within 72 hours (3 days) before arrival in Thailand. It is recommended to complete it after finalizing your travel details.

5. Is there any fee to submit the TDAC?

No. The Thailand Digital Arrival Card is free of charge when submitted through the official platform. Service fees may apply if submitted via a travel agent or third-party service.

6. What information is required to fill the TDAC?

You will need:

• Passport details (passport must be valid for at least 6 months)
• Flight details
• Accommodation details in Thailand
• Contact details
• Health declaration (if applicable)

7. Do children and infants need a TDAC?

Yes. Every traveler, including children and infants, must have a separate TDAC submission.

8. Can I submit the TDAC after arriving in Thailand?

No. The TDAC must be completed before arrival. Failure to submit may lead to delays or denial of entry at immigration.

9. How will I receive confirmation after submitting the TDAC?

After submission, you will receive a confirmation email or QR code. You should keep a digital or printed copy to present at immigration.

10. What happens if I make a mistake on my TDAC?

Minor errors may be corrected before arrival by submitting a new TDAC. Major discrepancies could result in immigration delays or questioning upon arrival.

11. Is TDAC required for visa-free entry for Indians?

Yes. Even if Indian nationals are eligible for visa-free entry, submitting the TDAC is still mandatory.

12. Is TDAC required for transit passengers?

TDAC is generally required if you pass through Thai immigration. Transit passengers who do not clear immigration may not need it, depending on airline and airport rules.

13. How long is the TDAC valid?

The TDAC is valid only for the specific trip and arrival date mentioned in the application. A new TDAC is required for each entry into Thailand.

14. Can I update my travel details after submitting TDAC?

If your flight or accommodation details change, it is recommended to submit a new TDAC with the updated information.

15. Does TDAC guarantee entry into Thailand?

No. Submission of TDAC does not guarantee entry. Final entry approval is at the discretion of Thai immigration authorities.

16. Is health information mandatory in the TDAC?

Health declarations may be required depending on current Thai government regulations and travel advisories.

17. Can I fill TDAC on behalf of someone else?

Yes. TDAC can be submitted on behalf of family members or co-travelers, provided accurate information is entered.

19. What if I don’t submit TDAC before travel?

You may face immigration delays, additional questioning, or refusal of entry at Thai airports.

20. Is TDAC required for multiple entries?

Yes. A new TDAC must be submitted for every entry into Thailand.

3. Visa applications may require more than usual working days for processing and it is completely dependent on the immigration.
4. Immigration may ask for additional documents on a case to case basis.

6. Visa applications processing will only be after the verification of all required documents and receipt of complete payment.
7. Visas issued under visit/business/transit/tourist profession are not eligible to work in the destination country.
8. We reserves the right to refuse applications at its discretion and bears no liability for the processing time or rejection of visa applications by the immigration.
9. Traveller or the customer has to fully bear the penalty amount in case the destination country levy any charges.
10. Additional charges such as documents courier, photograph development, attestation etc. has to be borne by the applicant.
